Design, manage and construct renovations and additions to client’s specifications.

• Work with client’s designers or provide design services

• Represent the owners interest / provide oversight over the entire project directly for the owner.

• Work with all parties to deliver the project on time, at or under budget, and to the owner’s expected standard of quality, scope, and function.
